Banana Sushi

Ingredients:

Bananas

Cooking Chocolate

Peanut Butter
-
Crushed Nuts
-
Sprinkles
-
Desiccated Coconut

Rice Bubbles
Method:

Peel your bananas and slice up bananas into sushi size pieces.

Slowly melt your chocolate in the microwave, careful it will be hot, and set aside next to your chopped bananas.

Dip each banana piece halfway into your chocolate or peanut butter then roll in your topping (sprinkles, coconut, rice bubbles or nuts).

Set aside on your plate with sprinkle side facing up.

Repeat for all banana pieces.

Place in the fridge for an hour to set.

Your sushi is ready! You might want to try using chopsticks to eat your banana sushi – delicious.
